I have a Thai con cutting that has been rooting heavily in water. It has a lot of roots and needs to be repotted into something. What mix should I use to pot it? Any tips to help it thrive?

Thai Constellation monsteras are particularly known for root rot so choose a very well draining substrate. The key is generally lots of airy soil amendments such as perlite, bark or pumice.
Jon sells their substrate for a very reasonable price when you consider the components cost and shipping is included: https://nextworldexotics.com/products/aroid-3-potting-substrate-4-gallon
