By far the best propogation method for me. My plants are rooting and growing twice as fast with less care. I use no drainage and just keep a small amount of water at the bottom at all times.

How much fertilizer should be used, or does every plant require different amounts?
The oldest leaf dying off is not unusal and not a sign of a problem. When pruning off dead leaves I usally inspect for pests just to be sure. Good luck

Conventional advice says wait until spring for repots. That is so root bound I think you could be fine if you did repot, just keep it in a clear pot as thais are known for easy root rot. good luck!
