@Ervin every 5 days in perlite is waaaaaaaay to little, you water every day in perlite. So yes switch to aroid mix right away! That will solve your problem ☺️ I'm going to have to mention this...
Hi! That looks like big damage... I would say mites or thrips... captain jacks dead bug brew will Work for both! Then wait 5 days and use neem (of indoors)

@Erica hey!!! You can absolutely move these guys into your house! They will grow in a closet 😂 super easy not picky at all! You will want warmer temps to flower them though
