NOTE - This doesn't work. I think something needs to be done on the backside to hook up the email.
It looks like you need to go into each forum and 'Follow' it in order to receive notifications.
There are 2 parts:
Part 1 -- Follow the Forums that you would like to get updates from.
a. go into the Forum, click Follow on the right. It will change to Following.
Part 2 -- Go into your profile
a. click on your Username on top right
b. click on Edit Profile
c. check the box for Email Notifications (see below)
d. and if you scroll down to Following, you can expand that arrow and see the forums you are following. (And manage them there in the future) (see below)
