Hi everyone, I have this philodendron ilsemanii that grew out two new leaves in my care but they both look burnt or ill. Any suggestions? Fungal maybe? Roots are completely fine and healthy. If you have any suggestions to fix it, please let me know!

Hi! That looks like big damage... I would say mites or thrips... captain jacks dead bug brew will Work for both! Then wait 5 days and use neem (of indoors)
@Jonathan Brant hi Jonathan, the tip now looks rot? I'm not sure. Should I just chop the top off?
@Vince is that all that's left? I would say it had bugs and they went back to the stem if yes.... is the top soft?
